This is an excellent place to stay for the night if you have driven a distance to a show or game in Denver. I stayed for a month and had the benefit of a private bath and secure room, but meal preparation was limited to just a microwave. This part of Colfax is sketchy, but there is some off street parking, and the area north up to 38th Avenue has some really nice restaurants and stores. It's very close to Downtown Denver but also Sloans Lake.
