Definately "bright" as advertised since the bulbs were ALL high Wattage LEDs. Not knowing the area could be scarey to some in this redeveloping swanky area. You have to enter from an ally way in back of the main house. It is not well lit and the wooden gate to let you into the property does not work well. The Entrance lock was easy but the narrow staircase with a curve may be challenging to get bags up to the apartment. Although our stay was short we did walk 6 block (in the dark) to Barcelona wine bar which was excellent. Uber'd home. ##### KIMBERLY C.
