The space: This is a studio guesthouse located above the garage with access from the alleyway. Should you encounter any issues, we are just steps away and ready to assist! Additionally, Curtis Park is right across the street, offering numerous amenities. Guest access: The access to the guest house is to the right of the garage when facing it. Please note that this is the only area available for our guests leading to the unit. Definately "bright" as advertised since the bulbs were ALL high Wattage LEDs. Not knowing the area could be scarey to some in this redeveloping swanky area. You have to enter from an ally way in back of the main house. It is not well lit and the wooden gate to let you into the property does not work well. The Entrance lock was easy but the narrow staircase with a curve may be challenging to get bags up to the apartment.
