There are two comfortable living rooms, three bedrooms, two office spaces, a full kitchen and a dining room. 5 Min Drive to City Park 5 Min Drive to Denver Zoo 5 Min Drive to Museum of Nature & Science 8 Min Drive to Fillmore Auditorium The Space: Throughout the home, you’ll find an easy-going, artistic vibe, with minimalistic design and touches of creativity. The space encourages you to unwind, let go, and enjoy each other’s company without distractions. As you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by an open living room featuring a comfortable couch (brand new couch just added- updated photos coming soon!) and armchair, creating a cozy spot to relax. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area, ideal for enjoying meals or hosting game nights with friends. The home includes two bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, complete with a full tub and a skylight that fills the room with natural light. One bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other has a queen-sized bed. At the back of the house, off the porch entry, is a small office space, perfect for getting some work done or having a quiet moment. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious, lower-level retreat with a large, comfy couch and a TV equipped with Roku streaming services for entertainment. This level also includes a third bedroom with a full sized bed and another office area, along with a full second bathroom for added convenience. This home is all about creating a laid-back atmosphere where you can enjoy good company, fun games and relaxation all while being surrounded by art and creative inspiration.
