Indica features an open floor plan with ample seating and plenty of amenities to entertain your group. Indoors, enjoy retro arcade games, a 6-seat theater room, a massage chair, and more. Outside, host in the private enclosed backyard, complete with a movie projector, 6-seater hot tub, frisbee golf, fire pit, and propane grill. The Living/ Dining Area  
The living area is perfect for handling multiple guests. Lounge on either of the two stylish sleeper sofas while watching your favorite team. The room comes equipped with a 50-inch flat screen TV. The dining room also ties into the living room nicely. Offering two dining tables and four benches.The area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events & more!  
  
  
The Kitchen  
KushKations Indica has a beautifully remodeled kitchen with all new appliances. The open layout is perfect to host guests during your stay as the dining room adjoins the kitchen and living room . Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving, your kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware & dinnerware. Perfect for any chef to entertain during your KushKation stay.  
  
  
The Bedrooms  
KushKations Indica features 5 bedrooms with 11 total beds. Two of the bedrooms are king-sized beds, 2 bedrooms feature bunk beds in each room. The final room has a bunk bed and queen bed setup. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, one featuring a king-size mattress, the other has a queen and 2 full-sized mattresses. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower floor. One features a king bedroom, another is a double bunk bed room. Each bunk has a full-sized mattress. Lastly, the final room on the lower floor is a bunk bed, with 2 full-sized mattresses. This room also provides access to the laundry room. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV, hangers + laundry baskets. All bedrooms feature an office desk, & chair. Privacy is key & guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.  
  
The Bathrooms  
KushKations Indica boasts 2 freshly renovated stylish bathrooms.The upstairs bathroom is a full bath. The downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower. Guests can find hair dryers, lush towels, & shower accessories like shower gel & shampoo located in both bathrooms. Freshen up before you explore Denver in the upstairs or downstairs bathrooms.  
  
  
The Theater Room  
Guests can kick back, relax and enjoy the 6-seater theater room. Feel free to sign into any of your streaming services!
