Many shuffleboard games were played. Location to restaurants, grocery store (literally across the street) and downtown Denver was perfect. Everything was within 20 minutes or less. 5 minute drive to DU. Walking distance to many places. Definitely eat at The Brutal Poodle. This house is in a perfect location. Grocery store and Liquor store literally across the street and easy walking distance to breweries, restaurants and shopping!
