It was for our oldest daughter’s graduation from DU. House was perfect size. Very comfortable. Plenty of sleeping room. Clean and had everything we needed. Game room in garage was an added bonus. Many shuffleboard games were played. Location to restaurants, grocery store (literally across the street) and downtown Denver was perfect. Everything was within 20 minutes or less. 5 minute drive to DU. Walking distance to many places. Definitely eat at The Brutal Poodle.
