Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are acceptable. Breakfast is average but passable. Tv in the rooms don’t work very well and air con didn’t work either.

Overall sangat direkomendasikan.
Harga murah tapi kaualitas nyaman. Ada balkonnya pula.
Hal minor:
Menu sarapan kurang beragam.
Lokasi kurang cocok untuk pejalan kaki.

Unfortunately rooms are not well maintained and housekeeping not up to standard i.e. bed covers not changed disposable items not replaced

The property was absolutely beautiful and well-kept. I had absolutely no complaints about cleanliness or maintenance. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable - it really felt like a home away from home! The breakfast buffet was outstanding with endless choices. Overall, this place is a really great deal! Would recommend to anyone!
The room is nice and acceptable for the price. Recommended. There is hot tap, shower, tv, fridge, safe, e_kettle for free coffee and tea...etc. But young staffs are still poor in English.
Great stop over hotel, was only for one night and it was exactly what I wanted , clean quite and great room. Staff are great and only half a hour back to airport . I recommend highly for overnight stays.

Quest stay
The first impressions of this hotel are very good. It looks very good and the staff introduction was ok. Staff are friendly and try to always be helpful. I had a room with a veranda open too the pool area on the 2nd floor. The room big and comfortable enough. But the noise from the pool area was heard every morning and all day. The pool looked great. But the water was cold and the cleanliness of the pool area was not maintained always. With cigarette buts and food left around often. There is nothing at very close. So a quick taxi ride maybe needed if you want to go shopping. The restaurant food is limited also. Overall the stay was ok, but I think this hotel mostly for locals and business
While the staff are very pleasant and friendly this hotel caters mainly for domestic conferences and the domestic market. It is not a hotel that caters for international tourists. This means many of the basic standards of good practice expected by international tourists are not present. Dining room menu is very limited and if there is a Conference the food at breakfast can be insufficient and cold. Also the hotel does not serve alcohol apart from beer.
As I stated staff are friendly and try hard but if management does want to attract international tourists they need to invest more in providing sufficient staff and training for staff on basic best practices for a 3 star hotel.
The hotel is new so everything is pretty good looking. The gym and spa are not ready yet so there where still some work being done and some noise was heard in the mornings. The staff was always very keen to help and learned my name since the first day. The only down side is the restaurant food. Although it is clean and neat, the food could be much better. I would definitely recommend the hotel plus the price is pretty good.
Accueil très chaleureux. Mais arrive dans la chambre .... rideau de douche moisis, tenture de la chambre tachée de partout, tapis de douche sale, moisis sur les coins de la douche,... Je vous le déconseille vraiment..
As the door lock was broken, the service took care of me as soon as I asked for a repair. Correspondence was good early.
It is better to think that service fees such as room service will be paid on the spot.
