This old house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a television and a working fireplace, promising cozy winter evenings. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet and a washing machine. Using the stairs, you will reach the bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and direct access to the outside, then the bright mezzanine upstairs, which leads to the shower and bathroom with toilet. The unique feature of this cottage: the shower opens directly onto the mezzanine, and the bathroom with sink and toilet is located just opposite (see photos). The mezzanine can accommodate two additional guests, but it doesn't have blackout blinds to allow total darkness. Outside, the fully enclosed garden (with low walls) is ideal for relaxing (umbrella, garden furniture, electric grill, deckchairs). For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Lighten your luggage and fully enjoy your stay in this cottage! Right next to the cottage, the GR3 hiking trail runs along the Loire River from its source to its estuary, offering a variety of landscapes: vineyards, floodplain meadows, forests, bargemen's villages, troglodyte dwellings... Nature and heritage lovers will be delighted. Béhuard Island is a 10-minute drive and 1 hour 15 minutes on foot. The cottage is 15 minutes from the A87 motorway and 25 minutes from Angers and the Terra Botanica nature park. You can park your vehicle right in front of the cottage, near the gate. Five minutes from the cottage, take the Loire Wine Route and the Angevine Corniche to admire breathtaking views of the entire Loire Valley and the Louet River. Don't forget to stop at a winery to taste some of the region's wines. You can also stop at one of the restaurants in Chalonnes-sur-Loire or spend an evening at a local open-air café. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price: an option charged at €80\. This accommodation is non-smoking. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée (draps, serviettes, électro-ménager). Bien qu'il faisait froid dehors, la température intérieure était confortable. L'environnement était idéal pour les balades avec notre chien et est très calme. À 10min en voiture se trouve un grand supermarché, parfait pour faire des courses. ##### Edith G. Heel persoonlijk ingericht, een omheinde tuin voor de hond en direct naast het huis een enorm natuurgebied waar de hond naar hartelust kan rennen en zwemmen. Lage muren dus let op! Mijn vriend heeft tot 2x toe keihard zijn hoofd gestoten, tot bloedens toe. De hond is alleen maar in de keuken geweest aangezien de trap in de woonkamer niet afgesloten kan worden. Hij vond het prima omdat we overdag vooral buiten waren en savonds zelf ook in de keuken zaten. De wandeling door het veld naar Denee en de bakker daar is prachtig. Niks dan lof over deze plek. Het enige grote nadeel was dat je echt nergens lekker kon zitten qua meubilair. De bank is te klein en te stijf en dat geldt ook voor de stoelen binnen en buiten, dat was echt ontzettend jammer want je wilt gewoon lekker kunnen neerploffen savonds. En overdag. Ik wou dat ik mijn klapstoel had meegenomen. Maar verder echt fantastisch!!!!!!! Oh ja, de eigenaresse spreekt echt geen woord over de grens....dus Google translate aanzetten. De omgeving is verder ook schitterend. Ik ga hier zeker nog een keer naar terug. Bakker en supermarkt dichtbij. ##### Francis K.
