Dining area seats four comfortably and serves as an ideal workspace with an unparalleled view! The unit offers unlimited high-speed internet and Roku tv in the main room. The Ultra comfortable "Nectar" king mattress in the bedroom will offer a great night sleep as the day wraps up. The Bedroom also has its own AC unit with remote, and ceiling fan. This location is in North Delray and equally as close to the three well- known waterfront bars in Boynton Beach. "The Two George's" "Banana Boat" and "Prime Catch" which offer great music, happy hour, waterfront dining and a great casual atmosphere. Admire the beauty of the Intracoastal and opulent yachts passing by. The beach is 1 mile away just across the intracoastal waterway at Woolbright road. Or famous Atlantic Ave beach a little further south. Palm Beach is 20 min away, along the scenic, historical Ocean Blvd passing famous Palm Beach Homes owned by Trump, Vanderbilt's, Kennedy's, Barry Gibb and Jeffery Epstein, just to name a few. Stop in for high tea at the famous "Breaker’s hotel", and walk the famous Worth Ave. The Rodeo drive of Palm Beach. An experience not to be missed and some fun stargazing. 803 Palmer and its unique location will not disappoint. Once settled in, I'm confident leaving will be difficult I personally stay at all of my vacation rentals units for at least a week to ensure all the little details are taken care of.
