A true old Florida home with all of its charm! Walking to distance to an excellent French bakery and the oldest bar in Delray. Very tidy and well kept. All the latest gadgets in this vintage home including; Nest thermostat, smart TVs, strong wifi, and a Ring security system. The space Grab the beach chairs and talk a short walk over George Bush historic bridge for a day on the beach. Enjoy coffee and pastries from the French bakery or have a night cap at the Sail Inn. The two bedrooms plus large living room space were perfect for us. Kitchen is nice — new appliances. Bathroom is a bit small and dated, but no other issues with the property.
