Has an exceptional stay. Highlights were the incredibly attentive staff and made to order breakfast and buffet. Their central reservations system wasn't great (unnecessary intermediary that didn't do a good job of transferring information back and forth). But other than that, one of the best hotels stays I've ever had. We were traveling as a family with 2 babies and they were so helpful.

This is not a 5 star property at all. This hotel needs renovation. I stayed for 2 days and they changed my room thrice ( which is appreciate it). The rooms are very very old style. The breakfast was also very disappointing unlike other 5 start properties. Avoid and save money.

Ok so here’s my take on this place. Super duper excellent staff that goes above and beyond. The hotel itself has maintained its old school interior and design and somehow its pristine clean, but it is not modern so if you go there expecting all the new age whistles this place might not be for you. But, if you’re looking for old school design and charm and excellent service then this is your place. I see this hotel as a 4 star and I for the love of me don’t understand the 5 stars. No way for 5 but definitely a solid 4.

This is my favourite hotel in Delhi- it’s a little bit out of the way, but it’s set in a lush garden, with a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are tastefully furnished, generous in size and comfortable. Great staff on top of all this.

Our stay was brilliant. The kitchen staff were very helpful and took very good care of my son who suffers from a severe nuts allergy. The rooms were maintained and kept well. The staff were very friendly and polite and always offered to help us. Overall this hotel was fantastic and the service was phenomenal.

Such a great hotel in the middle of a bustling city. It is a peaceful oasis that has literally everything that you need and even more. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was such a nice thing. Breakfast is really yummy and the garden terrace is such a relaxing place.i look forward to returning

Nice hotel in the old part of Delhi in the Britsh colonial style. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The facilities and the garden are very nice and it is extremely quiet.

A really nice surprise, possibly the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel before. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in Delhi and it will be the new benchmark to compare other hotels too. Everyone knows you name, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are huge which means it's a great base of you are staying a little longer. Location is convenient for most attractions.
