Scarsa pulizia e umidità.

Camera senza finestre e con bagno cieco, davvero umidissima e nemmeno il condizionatore acceso con funzione deumidificatore migliorava la sensazione di lenzuola e vestiti bagnati. Filtri bagno sporchi e presenza di insettini nella doccia. Personale di reception scarsamente disponibile e confermo la poca professionalità nel richiedere il pagamento di presunte tasse non comprovate da alcuna ricevuta... Spendo una parola per chef e camerieri davvero super gentili e cibo molto buono.

Nice hotel..close to the rajendra place metro.

It was very convenient to travel from la suite as it was close to metro. Great room. Complimentary lunch and dinner provided a lot of variety.

Hotel review

I was quite disappointed with the hotel given the tariffs charged. Room service was lousy. They only give one bottle of complimentary water. Rest they charge. Neither do they have non chargeable drinking water.

Super hotel i New Delhi

Rigtig dejligt hotel i det centrale Delhi. Gåafstand fra metrostation hvorfra man hurtigt kan komme overalt i Delhi. Super dejligt og hjælpsomt personale der er til rådighed døgnet rundt. God og rigelig mad. Omgivelserne er ikke det helt store, men OK. Kan på det varmeste anbefales hvis man vil have et hotel til en rimelig pris.

Great hotel...

Good hotel if you're looking for accommodation only whilst you venture out to Delhi during the day. It is not a 5 or 4 star hotel however if they managed the small details then won't be far from 4 stars. The staff are very helpful and courteous; willing to help in whatever way they can. It is a secure hotel however the rooms have no safes (should consider installing these).

good hotel at bussy location and close to metro st

Break fast is simple and Good, everything was perfect, no window in the room but it was not making any difference for us as I was on business trip would reach hotel late in the night.

Schönes Hotel nahe Stadtzentrum

Das Hotel wirkt auf den Bildern größer, als es ist. Es liegt, etwa 5km entfernt vom Stadtzentrum, an einer stark befahrenen Straße mit Metro darüber. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße. Der Verkehrslärm ließ ca. gegen 11 Uhr nachts nach. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Ankleideraum und Bad mit Badewanne. Ein Tresor, groß genug für ein 15,6'' Notebook, war vorhanden. Ich bekam den Schlüssel dazu ausgehändigt, ohne gesagt zu bekommen, dass es notwendig ist eine andere Kombination einzustellen. Ohne Änderung, hätte er sich mit der einfachsten vorstellbaren Kombination öffnen lassen, was ich mit einem Versuch herausfand. Ich fand eine Grille in der Badewanne und ein Silberfischchen im Bett - ansonsten wirkte es ralativ sauber. Das wifi ist eher langsam, aber kostenlos. Der Servie ist sehr gut, so wurde ich z.B. begleitet, um eine lokale Sim-Karte zu erwerben. Der Flughaventransfer kostete INR800 und war sehr angenehm. Der Wäschedienst ist ziemlich teuer, funktioniert aber einwandfrei. Leider muss man jedoch Wäschesack und Formular hinterherlaufen.

La Suite Hotel Delhi

La Suite is quite a well appointed hotel and the staff are very obliging. Everything is clean. The publicity material makes it seem a bit larger and smarter than it really is and giving the dining and sitting areas two different names as if they were quite separate facilities is a bit silly. The food is good and they seem to cater mostly for Indian families requiring room service. There is no bar and the hotel does not seem to be licensed for the sale of alcohol. There's a five star hotel with an expensive bar just round the corner and non-residents are welcome there. In a sense the location is quite good as it is near to Rajendra Place metro station, but it is on a very busy and noisy road and the walk to the metro station isn't very pleasant. When the air is bad in Delhi, conditions outside the hotel are a bit nasty. So it may not be the ideal place to stay in Delhi, but it's a comfortable hotel and the staff are really nice, so it has it's strong points.

Comfortable hotel, well connected by metro

The service at the hotel was good, the bedrooms were well equipped and comfortable. No views except into the atrium, but fairly quiet. Bathrooms were excellent and the beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. TV was very hard to turn on (it even fooled some of the staff). The hotel is by a major roundabout and at first does not look a particularly good area of town. But there is a fast metro line straight to Connaught Place with connections to much of Delhi, so once you get used to that it is very well placed.

fantastic service

My wife and I stayed for 6 days at the Hotel La Suite. All staff were friendly and kind. The service was excellent. The rooms were very good. We will recommend this hotel to our families and friends. Keep up the excellent service

Nice stay

Stayed for 3 days in February. Nice hotel, very clean and a good price. Bit out if the way but there are plenty of Tuk Tuks available outside. Staff are very nice and helpful, however the female receptionist was by far the most helpful of all of the staff- she booked train tickets for us to Agra, booked taxis and generally was just very nice and helpful! We will definitely stay here next time we visit Delhi!

Friendly staff, centrally located

Lovely hotel, and good value for money. The breakfast is well cared for. At about 10 minutes walk away is the subway station. If you are a light sleeper, it is convenient to take earplugs. After breakfast, the boiler is off. On request, it is turned back on and it takes about 45 minutes before hot water is available again. Hotel staffs says differently but we've had this experience 3 times.

Room service

The hotel servicing is good but only on the issue of hot water in the bath room is too bad because person have to wait for 30mins or more to get warm water in the shower please try and do some thing about this but all the other things about the hotel is good.

Best service in whole India

We have never received such a great service in India than in this hotel. Big thanks to hotel stuff for your kindness and help. We really appreciated it and can warmly recommend this hotel. Hotel location was not what we expected and during the winter time room was really cold and we had to ask extra heater, but the service level what we received compensated these negative things.

Decent Hotel

The place is quite neat and decent. There is no carpet so in the winter that be slightly problematic. The towels were also not changed. Otherwise the staff are friendly, the food is good and the place is not bad at all

Very near Metro station, clean, quiet.

The hotel is really near to a Metro station on the Blue line from Connaught Place (Rajiv Bargh) (make sure you get out the North side since otherwie you have a very challenging road to cross), so it is really easy to reach. It's also very clean and friendly. The breakfast offerings are mixed Indian and Western and change daily. I took a room on the side away from the main highway. The room had no outer windows - instead a very well-curtained window onto the atrium, unusual but fine. It had good air-con, and given the racket outside (car horns ) the lack of windows was a good thing: it was really amazingly quiet. On the road from the Metro there is a local snack place, a McDonalds and a supermarket, and the hotel has a reasonable restaurant (prices similar to the Macdonalds, no alcohol). YOU could also eat in town and come back by Metro afterwards. My only real quibble is that the "hot" water would be better described as "very warm", but this will only be noticeable in the cooler months and it was still OK. There are a lot of other hotels in the vicinity, I don't know if you can do better by shopping around there or not but if you are pressed for cash it might be worthwhile.

very comfortable and spacious rooms

The rooms were great! Spacious, well equiped, variety of lighting. One recommendation: you have to ask for an inside room or a room to the back of the building, because in the front there's a huge avenue and the metro! So rooms in the front are very noisy :(
