Nice, friendly staff. Hotel is convenient and at safe location. They gave us a smoking room so we had to request a different room and they were quick to change. Breakfast was great and staff was easy to deal with.

The property is 15 minutes from the IGI airport, and is good value. The rooms were clean, but a little run down in some aspects. The bed and linen was totally clean, so it was a comfortable sleep. It's located down an alley, which might put some people off, but if you're getting picked up/dropped off from the door, then it's not really an issue.
The food was good, and they deliver to the rooms, any time of the night. The staff were also helpful, and stored our luggage for us for a few days while we went to Agra.

The room was too small. It only fits one double bed. No table to keep food if you order room service. Kitchen was open 24hrs and room service was quick. No buffet for breakfast. Food was ok. Too much oil in mutton-korma. Rest was ok.

Expedia offers 2 king beds for a higher rate, I choose 2 beds since I was traveling with my daughter and there is no 2 beds bedroom on the hotel. Free breakfast was advertised and that is another reason why I choose the hotel but then in the morning I was told that it was not included. At the end I was going to pay the breakfast but they said they didn’t had what I wanted. At they end they said they would give me some breakfast but we decided not to eat there since we weren’t comfortable anymore.
