Séjour de 1 nuit en juillet 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Kelly B. 26 juill. 2025 Points faibles : Propreté This property is on a beautiful piece of land and had great potential, but our experience was unfortunately disappointing due to poor maintenance and cleanliness.Several things were broken or non-functional upon arrival, including lights, door handles, the dryer, and the hot tub controls (we were told to use a pencil to operate it). The pool area had broken furniture and was covered in pine needles—we ended up cleaning it ourselves. The home did not appear thoroughly cleaned: we found mouse droppings, cobwebs, dirty dishes, crumbs, and leftover items from previous guests. A promised cleaning crew never showed.The grill was unusable due to debris and storage items inside as was the screened in porch due to a missing screen panel, lights that wouldn't turn off, and tons of bugs. There were plumbing issues, inconsistent water pressure, and odors from the kitchen sink. The kids’ room had no light. We also dealt with a fruit fly problem and lost Wi-Fi our last night which impacted bedtime routine.While we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (after some troubleshooting), we would not stay here again or recommend it until the property is better maintained.
