It's 1,200 sq ft with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Condo includes washer/dryer in unit and has a full kitchen with granite countertops and large family room with wood-burning fireplace. The condo features two balconies on front and back of unit and also offers an outside shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. One covered parking spot is included and 4 other guest spots available. There is no HVAC in the building, however we have ceiling fans, box fans and space heaters. Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sized air mattress. It was well stocked with beach chairs, a cart, and games, as well as extra towels and all the utensils you need to cook. The air flow on the second floor was plenty to cool the unit with no A/C, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is a small high top and chairs out front to enjoy the views, and the walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. ##### Adam H. Two small things prevented me from giving it 5 stars. 1\. Single ply toilet paper in every bathroom. 2\. The garbage disposal/sink smelled bad. Neither is a deal breaker so we would stay there again (and maybe bring our own TP and a lemon for the disposal). ##### Jenni B. It needs some work: master bathroom door drags on the floor, front lock does not operate smoothly, ice maker didn’t work, but we appreciated the ice cube trays to make ice. It was disappointing not to have central heat with the foggy cold mornings. But we were told this by the owner. Portable heaters were provided.
