Fully appointed kitchen with full-size stove, & refrigerator, Microwave toaster, crock pot,coffee pot, cooking utensils , Dishes plates glasses cups silverware & coffee service. Full-size Washer & Dryer. Bathroom with shower & tub. Soft towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer. Iron & board.

Close to Ghost-light coffee shop & Wholly Grounds Coffee Shop, many great restaurants, Breweries and attractions. Be sure to check out the famous Air Force museum, Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra at the Schuster, all the Wright brothers attractions downtown where Flight was invented! Super close to UD and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I wasn't there long enough to really work in the kitchen, but it was equipped with the basics. I would recommend!
