This house features two spacious bedrooms with king beds, a sunroom with a daybed and a trundle, and a daybed in the basement. Its a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, University of Dayton, Miami Valley Hospital, and Grandview Hospital. Centrally located to major highways too. Dead end street in a quiet area. Charming outdoor area with seating and an ivy-covered pergola. Lots of natural light, room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Hair ball in shower, stringy hair on a towel. House was extremely outdated, bathroom sink was so small you couldn’t brush your teeth without spitting on woodwork blinds located in the small bedroom were broken and screen outside the home was torn and hanging .not clean at all and very disappointing to spend good money on .definitely the worst ive ever stayed in .
