The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean. The room had a funny odor but they provide me with air freshener. It fixed the problem. The breakfast had a nice variety and the area was maintained throughout the entire breakfast period. I am sure I will stay there again.

Would have been a four star review if the elevator was working. Would’ve been nice to know before I booked the room. A fourth floor room with lots of bags to carry after a long trip is not fun. Other than that, the room was adequate and clean.

For our room it had a very mildew like smell. The phone power outlet were broken near the bed. The shower pressure was low and the toilet didn’t flush properly. We were only there 2 nights so I didn’t make a big deal especially since we spent more time away from the room than on it. The guy who checked us in the day we arrived was great…the rest of the desk staff were just there.

The check-in process took about 60 seconds. It was fast and I got my key-cards right away. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I mostly slept there, but there were channels missing on the TV (the major ones - Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS, and more) so I was unable to watch Team USA beat Bosnia in the world cup. The breakfast options were decent, two kinds of waffle makers (belgian and belgian minis), eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc.
