There were 4 sausages and left over eggs that were cold. Of what was there, i eould not classify itas breakfast. I complained about the room the next day and desk person berated me for 15 minutes. Saying I should have said this before and it is a big inconvenience to move it. Telling me how I should act and he is sick of complaints. After the forth time telling me this I said enough. Either do it or don’t move my room. He then told me to give him back the key and get out. Even though I had paid for another night. When I attempted to check in, I was asked to leave because I would not provide a cash deposit, despite having already paid in full through Hotels.com. As a result, I had no choice but to wait in my car in the parking lot until I could find another place to stay. The receptionist, an older Indian woman, was extremely rude—not only to me but also to another guest who tried to calm the situation. She dismissed me without concern and showed no professionalism. After reading several Google reviews, I now realize this issue with rude staff has been mentioned before.
