« We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. « We couldnt fault this hotel in any way it was clean quiet and so comfortable. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us with breakfast, trips, taxis and location of places we asked about. Would highly recommend. »

« Je suis très content de mon choix fait un peu à l'aveugle je dois dire. Tout le personnel s'est montré professionnel et attentif au point que parfois, j'en étais embarrassé. Le restaurant chinois whispering bamboo qui s'y trouve reste est de première classe. Un certain Alex y chantait lorsque j'y suis allé, un chanteur étonnant à la voix juste et chaleureuse. »

« The Pride is my regular hotel in Pune. I’m practically a regular and it’s a second home to me. Room service, laundry, air conditioning, two restaurants on site, pool, spa - all make it worth it. I prefer to have family visit me there than to drive around Pune when jet lagged. It’s also centrally located especially if you want to see the Old City. »

« à fuir. sur place, on nous a demandé de repayer après avoir reçu pourtant la confirmation d'expedia. équipe de direction nulle (réceptionniste neuneu, directeur malaimable). draps tachés dans les chambres, pas d'eau chaude (dans chambre deluxe !). Points positifs : le personnel (gentil) et la modernité des chambres. bonne situation aussi (près de la gare) »
