The property is a small apartment complex consisting of 36 apartment homes. There are a few Airbnb units in this complex. All units has the same floor plan and size. If we are fully occupied on the unit you want please ask about our other units.. The neighborhood is in north Dallas. Great for an easy and short commute to places of work, major medical centers, SMU university, entertainment and event venues. You may hear traffic noise from the property as we are convenient access to major roads. We offer a nicely appointed & affordable stay in Dallas. We look forward to hosting you. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100\. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit. We also often have an incoming guest the same day.
