Lost Items: Lost key/key fob or parking access swipe card: $300 Lost parking pass tag: $150 Failure to send a photo of any keys, passes, or remotes: $50 charge Long-Term Stay Rules (30+ Days) Garbage Removal: Guests must remove their garbage. Any fines related to garbage or automotive issues imposed by the apartment complex or city are the guest’s responsibility. Monthly Cleaning: Cleaning is required once per month.
