Good breakfast. Very clean hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay its a good choice. To enjoy the area or to eat would have to definitely drive or take an Uber/Lyft. There is nothing close.

Very nice room, the bed sheets were off but over all not bad. Front desk staff was welcoming and kind. On checkout day we were supposed to be out by 11 and the cleaning staff came to check on the room at 9:20 in the morning, knocked twice, then came into the room and realized we were there and left. I’ve never had cleaning staff check that early, but over all I would stay here again. Great location also.

My room was really clean and there were enough towels and amenities for two nights. People at the front desk were nice and friendly. I really liked that they always had hot water with several kinds of tea bags and coffee servers close to the front desk. I enjoyed a cup of herbal tea every night before going to bed. However my room was super noisy from the highway all the time. They put earplugs on a bed side cabinet, but I wished my room could have been on the opposite side of the highway. Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep well. Also, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast so much. It was decent with the price of staying, but a bit disappointing. Overall, I think it was a great hotel for visiting Dallas.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, fairly clean facilities, mostly updated furnishings and a pretty decent TV. The only issue was our toilet was not flushing very well and it needed to be fixed. Our stay was short so we didn’t have to deal with it for too long but it was quite inconvenient for a family of 4. We were told they would have a work order for it and the manager was nice enough to offer us a discount for our next stay. Changing rooms might have been better but it wasn’t offered and we didn’t ask. It would have been a bit of a hassle regardless since we had a short stay so that was unfortunate but overall, we liked this hotel enough to give it another chance.

The staff are exceptional! The manager, Patrick M., and a lady at the front desk, whose name I did not catch, went out of their way to try to make things right after a shower handle broke and we had to do the washing with water from the sink. The sincere concern they expressed the next day turned the negative experience into a positive memory. I will certainly return, because I know the staff will help.
