Good location but.....

This is an old building that has not been kept up. Apt has nice decor, but very short ceilings, ac did not work and apt was very musky smelling and damp probably due to mold. Floor had black mold in hallway where ac had been leaking. Garbage disposal didn't work. This building is rundown.
