Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Don't stay!

The hotel is not on the main road. It has a very steep and narrow downhill approach road and is hard to find. You have to manually turn the geyser switch on 25 mins prior for one hot bucket of water for bath and then wait another 25 mins for the next bucket. Linens, bed sheets, etc. are dirty. Even when they didn't have any other guests staying over, they had apparently run out of blankets on a cold night. A bunch of guys in their late teens manage the hotel. It's very subpar, not recommended for families for sure. There was no way to cancel and get a refund as I booked the hotel online.
