It’s okay for a night
Mid-range business hotel in the heart of Dakar. The location is excellent and the lobby is beautiful. The rooms, though, are VERY small (think London) and are in a bit poor condition (my bathroom door didn’t even have a doorknob). The air conditioning works fine and it’s generally clean, but could use a scrub in the corners of the room (cobwebs). Breakfast was very basic and they didn’t really fill the empty trays with new food, so I didn’t have much to eat. Definitely don’t expect much for breakfast. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again as there are better options in Dakar.

great location and mostly friendly and helpful staff. At our arrival, the check-in person did NOT care to prepare for anything. We booked 2 rooms. He wanted to put us in one room. After short exchange, he read the reservation properly and understood that it is 2 rooms under one name. Also, he tried to make us fill some forms which I did not feel like doing after 9 hours on the road, particularly, when he has our passports and can easily get all infos from it. Other than this unpleasant experience, our stay was ok.

Concernant les manquements da la part de notre collègue lors de votre check-in nous nous en excusons la confusion vient du fait que sur les fiches de réservation y figuraient les mêmes noms et notre collègue a cru qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre twin et non de deux chambres réservées par la même personne. Nous tenons a vous présenter toutes nos excuses et en tant que Directeur hébergement je ferai en sorte que nos équipes respectent scrupuleusement les procédures du check-in. Cordiales salutations.

Notre séjour dans l'établissement
Tout était correcte sauf le lavabo bouché et qui l'est resté durant tout le séjour malgré plusieurs signalements. Un peu dommage

Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Es ist ein normales, einfaches Hotel in bester Lage. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist wie sehr Vieles in Senegal nicht europäischem Standard entsprechend. Vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. An der Rezeption wird Englisch gesprochen und ich wurde sehr in der Planung meiner Weiterreise unterstützt.

Améliorations souhaitables
Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville. Bien dans l'ensemble mais doit faire quelques efforts pour garder son bon niveau et encourager les clients à revenir surtout pour les moyens et longs séjours. Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des équipements par exemple, remplacer les portes de cabine de douche manquantes, le siège de WC pas bien fixé au sol et qui bouge, l'absence d'interrupteurs sur les éclairages amovibles à brancher, avoir des petits meubles ou étagères de rangement dans es salles de bain. Ces petits détails seraient les bienvenues afin de rendre encore plus agréables des séjour de plusieurs nuitées je l'espère pour la prochaine fois. Bien à vous.
