"We like this hotel because it’s not too far from the train station and the breakfast is quite good. We’ve stayed there twice now. The staff is very pleasant but many do not speak much English. One thing to note: there is a step up into the bathroom. I think this is pretty common in hotels in smaller cities in Japan, but it’s something to be aware of as it can be a tripping hazard, especially at night."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Room is ordinary but it's generally clean and tidy. Breakfast is very nice with lots of food variety and much local produces are included. One down side of hotel is that it doesn't have under cover and secure parking with only limited numbers of street spaces available."
