"施設はとても綺麗で満足です。 敷布団もクッション性が良く、起きた時身体が痛く無く快適に就寝出来ました。 駐車場の入口部分の勾配がかなりあり、車高の低い車だと下部を擦ってしまう為、改善して頂けるとありがたいです。 ドライヤー有りとの表記でしたが、無かったのが残念でした。 その他は大満足です。 花巻に行く時はまた利用させて頂きたいです。"

The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! "Hotel is located next to the train station and is connected to shopping area and train station. Very convenient especially if you need to take early train or if you arrive late. The lobby was nice, bright with a sitting area. The staff was very polite and helpful. My room was a double facing the city and mountains. Bed was very comfortable and clean. I had a huge luggage but still had room to move around in room. Loved that check out was at 11:00a and they had luggage storage. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommend."
