The pool was a bit dirty ion the first day. The outside of the unit needs some attention and maintenance. Paint is peeling on balcony rail, stair grippers need replacing as they are all peeling away. Views are incredible. The condo is so clean and quiet it was a delightful weekend. So close to restaurants, golfing and shopping. Perfect location to rent multiple units with friends or family. Listing was just as described, but even better. Pool, pavilion, grills, walking trails, beach access with clean bottom, fire pit, dock with benches to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets at sunset point, AND pontoon rental available!!!
