The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. The spacious room was amazing with a balcony and large window, beautiful bathroom, and a hot enclosed shower. Each morning we were greeted warmly by Miss Ten who served us authentic coffee and prepared for us a delicious breakfast. Any questions we had were answered, and any needs we had were fulfilled. The location was just perfect, so close to the river, restaurants and all Hoi An’s ancient district’s bustling activities. Miss Ten is such a kind and caring person! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay with absolutely nothing to worry about. Whenever we came back from the town, she was there with a smile and some treats waiting for us. She also makes great breakfast! Miss Ten Homestay is in a great location, literally 2 mins walk from the old town. The property was always clean. We booked a double room that didn’t have a window, but had everything you need - working AC, hot water with good pressure, mini bar with cold drinks at supermarket prices and a tv with a couple of English channels. Miss Ten is so nice and has many years of working with foreigners so her English and level of service is unmatched. The property is brand new and looks like it. Absolutely spotless. Perfect location just next to night market. It was like staying with an auntie and we really enjoyed that. She was always available and gave local advice for all our needs. Traveler tip; try her egg coffee. I don’t drink coffee, but I got drank it twice and loved it.
