"We enjoyed staying here. It's conveniently located close to Newport, very quiet neighborhood. The property is reasonably priced, clean. It has 2 rooms and a bathroom. The entry room has a queen-sized bed and the bedroom as well. It has basic amenities - ACs, TV, small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and utencils, cups, paper plates, paper towels. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer. We are very satisfied with the property and communication."

"It was ok. Great location Waterview is a bit of a stretch. The room was clean but small-not sure that it was a queen bed as advertised-more like a double. There are no closets. Our parking spot was taken but the hotel accommodated and we could use another spot. The paint on the ceiling was peeling, the bathroom door did not shut properly and the was ac was a bit noisy.
