The 240 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, which is open from April until October, a garden, 2 open terraces, 2 covered terraces, a grill, and an outdoor shower. The Vinuela lake is a five-minute drive away, and the region's best steak restaurant is only a few minutes away by car. There is also an excellent bakery in the village, next to which honey can be purchased from a local beekeeper. There are 5 parking spaces available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The property has both step-free access and interior. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. Beach/pool towels are provided, however, please be aware that the pool is not fenced, and therefore children should be supervised at all times. The electricity on this property is generated by solar power. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.
