For noise complaints 7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 7.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 8\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 9\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. The turn to Sylvan Lake is literally two minutes up the road. It was private and cozy. We especially loved the back porch with the babbling brook stream in the morning with coffee. The space was perfect with three bathrooms and various bedrooms/spaces for our family to stay in. We loved hanging out in the living room together playing games. We met in the owners on our last day. They were lovely and very kind as we had lost our keys outside to our car; thankfully, we had an extra set along. We definitely would stay here again! It was perfect. ##### Valerie S. We enjoy biking, running, and walking on the Mickelson trail which is literally outside the front door. Our youngest daughter was pleasantly surprised to pull up to this property because she has admired it over the years as she ran on the Mickelson Trail. The sound of the creek behind the back of the cabin added a relaxing atmosphere. In addition to the location, this property has a wonderful floor plan and comfortable furnishings. The firepit on the deck provides a relaxing evening retreat. This cabin provided the perfect space for our family of eight, which includes a five-month old, to get away from life and enjoy time together.
