No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved 4\. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors. 5\. For noise complaints: 6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out. 6.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 7\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 8\. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended. 9\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded. Follow all check-out procedures: 1\. Take out all trash 2\. Wash dishes/start dishwasher Note: \* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches, pet hair on furniture/beds ).
