The location is on Av. El Sol. Easy walk to Plaza De Armas. Many shops and money changers around. Therefor it’s noisy special the room we stay just above this busy street. The hotel workers speak very little English, But, very helpful. They have no drinking water supply in the room, but they do sell Sol3 per bottle for a small one. We don’t really care about the breakfast.

Lovely staff, disappointing hotel.

Cold windowless room. Often put in one towel for the two of us. Terrible breakfast, cold coffee, cold scrambled egg.

This place was not very nice. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in room 205, dirt and rust in the cracks around the bathroom, a burnt iron mark in the floor, and it just generally didn’t seem very clean. The bed was not especially comfortable with thin pillows. It was not as expected and nice to get out of there.

Breakfast was very small. The room was extremely noisy facing the main street. We stayed 7 days. We asked to switch to a quieter room not facing the street but they refused. Room has no air conditiining or heating. They did have a portable heating unit. Location was fine as far as near plaza.

Hotel com excelente localização e bom atendimento, porém café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e cheiro de esgoto no banheiro e quarto. Quarto com carpete que dificulta a limpeza diária. Cama de casal normal, porém no site diz que é “queen”.

Es una propiedad con buena ubicación, sin embargo la habitación que nos dieron, se le filtraba toda la luz del día y la noche, por cuanto no contaban con cortinas oscuras, el ruido de la calle, tampoco nos dejó dormir, parecía que dormíamos en la calle, no cuenta con buena señal de internet, lo que hace imposible estar comunicado. El desayuno muy sencillo. Ante la exposición de todos estos factores en contra tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de habitación. Al ingresar hacer el check in, y previo a ello, informamos que eramos 2 huéspes, y no 3 . Sin embargo, alegaqron que eso era un asunto de expedia, osea perdimos el dinero porque nos cobraron siempre como si fueramos 3 huéspedes, siendo 2. Por otra parte, el check out es muy temprano a las 10 de la mañana, y no le permiten pagar para quedarse más tiempo en la habitación, sdi se puede quedar en la sala viendo televisión, es un hotel pequeño, muy básico, con buena unicación, por lo dempás, será cada viajero quién decida, donde desee hospedarse.

O hotel está em péssima condições, necessita de reforma urgente. Tudo é muito velho, tem um carpete que está ali há mais de 30 anos, com certeza. O quarto é abafado e sujo, o café da manhã é péssimo. Pedimos para fazer o check out meia hora depois do horário estipulado e nos foi negado. Detalhe: éramos os únicos hóspedes do hotel!

Boa opção em relação ao custo x benefício pois fica próximo a praça de Armas e fácil deslocamento para qualquer local. Somente uma observação, o quarto poderia ter uma iluminação mais clara e ter mais tomadas disponíveis.

Maravilhosa e magnífica.

O atendimento já no check-in nos surpreendeu de maneira positiva pois todos os funcionários da recepção foram maravilhosos, e mesmo nos pedidos à parte se superaram. Boa localização, preço justo e fácil acesso ao aeroporto e ao terminal de ônibus.
