Não foi cumprido o café da manhã. O quarto não tem aquecimento, para um local igual Cusco, isso é muito ruim. A localização é boa, pois está a 3min a pé da Plaza de Armas. Wifi tb funcionou sem problemas. Apenas para dormir, atende. Qq outra coisa, não.

We had a car and getting to and from the hotel was very difficult with narrow roads and one way streets The room had no wifi I had to go out into the courtyard to get wifi An animal sh*t outside our door every morning It was disgusting There was no hot water in the sink

언덕에 계단까지 가기 정말 힘들어요. 지도상은 아르마스광장에서 가깝지만 짐들고 가면 욕나옵니다. 택시타고 가면 저렴한가격에 괜찮아요. 호스텔 분위기이고 아침은 정말 간단합니다.

위치는 아르마스 광장근처라 편햇구요, 방을 다른 숙소의 방을 줘는데 너무 추워습니다. 조식은 정말 간단하게 나와요. 빵,과일,잼,커피 이렇게 나오네요.

信用できない

出発前からホテルに連絡をとって空港の送迎をおねがいしてますが、一向に連絡がありませんでした。宿泊料金も10ドルくらい上乗せされて請求されたり、こちらの予約の金額を伝えると税金がかかるからと18%上乗せされて金額が、全然ちがいました。それに加え翌日タクシーを予約したのに、早朝になっても来なくて、ホテルの人は鍵をかけて寝ていました。最悪です。

Decepción

Es difícil ser objetivo pero lo seré, el lugar no lo recomiendo porque cerca hay unos bares que en la noche se forman unas peleas y tiradera de botella (vidrio) y la policía no hace nada, solamente observa, por otro lado hay que subir unas lomas que cuestan bastante, indistintamente a que ellos lo llamen "vecindad", deben arreglar un poco los propietarios, dado que hay muchos hospedajes mejor ubicados y a mejores precios...otra parte que no vi positivo fue que se nos quedo una mochila y una gorra ambas de marca, luego dejamos la maleta guardada, en ese momento no nos dimos cuenta, pero volvimos a buscar la maleta y nunca nos dijeron o entregaron las cosas "Que PESAR", tal vez no por la pérdida sino la acción...en cambio fue a un supermercado compré un pisco lo pagué y la dependiente me lo llevó porque se me había olvidado, eso se llama HONRADEZ...Cuzco es bonito y colonial, muy pobre sí a cuenta de la corrupción TOTAL!!! pero eso no debe ser impedimento para que quienes vivan del turismo no lo practiquen...Que pena!! pero no volvería a este lugar, aparte que el frio es matador y nos dieron una habitación con un hueco arriba que casi nos mata del frio.

Great stay for the price

Great stay. Room was spacious, including a full size bed and a twin size bed, a sofa and a table for two. Breakfast was very light and included eggs, two breads, jam, butter, and coffee (this is a typical breakfast of Peruvians in Cusco). The room was clean except for a stain on the comforter that I could not figure out what it was. Getting hot water for a shower was tricky but was great, once figured out. Would stay here again.

Close to major plazas, tour services and resturants. Hostel is old but cute and clean. Depends on what room you get. My room was close to the street. The view from my window is Cathedral! and firework at nights on Friday and Saturday. The downside is that, my room was about 50 feet from the Night clubs. Good Luck sleeping at night with music and all the people talking and drinking outside of your window.

Wonderful kind staff who are able to speak English. Awesome location. We stayed here 4 different times between treks and it felt like the perfect home away from home!

Cheap but not great

There were problems at check in as they did not have a room for us ready despite our reservation. Then there was no hot water for the shower. Breakfast was so so. At check out they tried to charge us more than the confirmed price on our reservation.

When we arrived they did not have rooms ready. Prior to traveling I had sent them a message to confirm my stay, and they never responded. At 5:30 am the first night a hotel staff opened the door to the room and was going to give the room to another group even though we had checked in earlier and were sleeping there!! When we checked out they wanted to charge us double what the Expedia confirmation had as the confirmed rate.

アルマス広場、サクサイワマン遺跡ゲートに近くてロケーションは最高。 フロントも英語Ｏｋです。 ただ、Wi-Fiが弱くて、自分が泊まった1階は室内でWi-Fiが繋がりませんでした。。。 ネットバックパッカーには不向きかもしれません。 従業員は親切で明るいです。

Comodo y centrico

Buena atencion del personal, la habitacion comoda y muy limpia. El desayuno es sencillo, pan, huevo mantequilla, mermelada , cafe/mate de coca /te pero para el precio esta muy bien. La señal del wifi aveces pierde la conexion pero la mayor parte del tiempo es excelente. Es complicado llegar por cuenta propia ya que hay tres calles con el mismo nombre, es mejor solicitar el traslado de aeropuerto-hotel.
