Dragonfly Hotel Bury St Edmunds
Doors need seeing to. Fire doors, bedroom doors need to have a slow closing fitted to them constant banging doors throughout our stay. Rooms could do with some update they are clean but outdated and paint peeling away.

Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa
Plenty of free secure parking, nice grounds, outside of buildings and garden areas very tidy and clean. Easy check in, cheerful and helpful staff, especially in restaurant and bar area. The Mill Hotel
Dirty towels on the corridor floor for at least 20 hours. Room carpet badly stained. Room smelt musty and was tired and poorly equipped. Key cards kept failing and had to be reprogrammed. Communal areas were grim and unwelcoming. A very depressing stay despite the staff trying to be helpful.

The Lodge has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. 7 Storey Listed Windmill, dog friendly with outdoor pool & bbq
Great proeprty with lots of space for a large family. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of bathrooms and outdoor area was great. Close to the brilliant community run pub as well
