Cul de Sac Vacation Packages

This was my 3rd or 4th time staying here so clearly enjoy the location, however this last trip was a slightly different experience. This was my first time staying in one of the smaller rooms and on the first level. Being the first level I would experience the debris and overflow of the washing of the rooms above that landed on my terrace table and chairs. Seeing this made me not use the lounge chairs and tables due not knowing when washing would happen and dirtiness of the tables and chairs. I also woke up to a power outage in the middle of the night which can be common on the island but property lights and all the equipment in the security booth were on, so seemed like it may be a property issue as I was told they have backup generators. I was disappointed as a frequent guest that I wasn’t offered any compensation only apologies. I would stay here again and confirm I have the larger room and request not to be on the first level. The staff is great, breakfast brought to my room each morning with some of the best chocolate croissants I’ve ever had, and you can’t beat the view.

Very brand new and renovated, up to date. Feels very upscale. Beautiful beach, delicious food. Good service

Hotel was clean , beautiful island, food nearby. This was my first time visiting and I wish the staff would’ve given me information on excursions. No one tells you what there is to do so I would say plan ahead and have your itinerary of activities ready. We had to figure everything out on our own. The hotel spa is amazing!! Also a little heads up the hotel doesn’t have a normal shower, the shower has a small half door which makes it next to impossible to shower without getting the whole bathroom floor wet. The hotel doesn’t really have much going on at the pool no live dj or pool parties. It is more of a relaxing vibe not a party vibe hotel.
