Welcome to Beachside Cottage, your idyllic beachfront retreat in the charming coastal village of Cudmirrah. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests, promising a memorable seaside escape.

With the town centre only a short 7-minute drive away, you'll have easy access to shops, restaurants, and amenities while enjoying the tranquillity of your beachfront setting.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-plan living space, where coastal touches create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The dining area features a large wooden table, perfect for gathering with family and friends for delicious meals and lively conversations. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up your favourite dishes with ease.  
  
The lounge room offers serene views of the surrounding reserve and the ocean beyond, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Sink into the plush lounge as you unwind in front of the big smart TV, or simply take in the beauty of your coastal surroundings.  
  
The three bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with ceiling fans and offer views of the surrounding area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of beachside adventures. With two spacious bathrooms conveniently you'll have ample room to refresh and rejuvenate during your stay.  
  
Outside  
Step outside onto the patio area, where tables and chairs await for leisurely afternoons spent soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the sea breeze. From here, you'll have stunning views of the ocean and the adjacent reserve, providing the perfect backdrop for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Kids can enjoy a game of soccer or cricket on the expansive reserve, while adults unwind with a glass of wine and the sound of the waves crashing in the background.  
  
Beachside Cottage offers the perfect blend of beachside living and comfort, making it the ideal choice for your next holiday getaway.  
  
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
