Great resort for families with kids

Great kid friendly resort! They seem to focus on families with kids, not couples or single adults! There is a spa but their concierge department is lacking. The tours were not organized, not many offers. There are boats in their marina but someone needs to organize the tours better. Since this resort is secluded, you might have a hard time booking tours outside of the resort! If you have kids then this is the place for you! The breakfast bar is incredible, it has anything you can think of! One other problem is that there is not one single water fountain to be able to get FREE drinking water!

Hotel 2 stele la servicii si 3 stele facilitati!

Totul mediocru: incrpand cu experienta check in check out( mare atentie sa verificati ce rezervati, mi-au dat camera downgrade si dupa ce am verificat au schimbat-o cu alta care nici aceea nu avea facilitatile pe care eu le-am.platit, ra alt tip de camera, ulterior abia a 3-a oara a fost camera rezervata. Primada data cand am vazut tipul de camera pe care mi l-au alocat , am mentionat ca nu esre ce am platit, mi-au cerut sa le arat rezervarea si fupa ce am asteptat a venit un domn sa ini spuna ca ne da 500 de lei in contul camerei si ca nu avem alta optiune decat sa stam in acea camera. Dupa ce am refuzat sa stam in acea camera si am cerut camera platita, ne-a dat una care nici aceea nu era cea platita si abia a 3-a oara dupa ce am revebut la receptie, au alocat camera platita. La receotie ni s-a transmis si ca vor ramane in co tul camerei cei 500 lei pentru experienta neplacuta. La check out, nu mai erau in contul canerei bineinteles. Dupa ce am intrebat ce s-a intamplat cu suma aceea ni s-a zis ei lasa ca ne scad transportul cu barca de 360 de lei. Pentru transport mi s-a transmis un interval orar gresit. Mancarea este foarte proasta, intr-o seara am mancat la cherhana si pe langa faptul ca in camara cu pteparate sunt aceleasi produse de la mivul dejun, aceau 2 tipuri de garnituri iar felurile de mancare gen hamsii erau caramida. 35 euro de persoana, fara bautura. Micul dejun f slab. SALTEA SI PERNELE FOARTE INCOMODE, meniu de perne 25 euro/noapte. Nu vom reveni aici!
