There is also a roof terrace with sea view on this floor. Outside, there is a very cosy, shady summer arbour at your disposal. Furthermore, there are three private parking spaces on the property of the house. The outdoor area of the house invites you to relax and is ideal for pleasant evenings with the family! The very nice pool area with 6 sun loungers and a brick charcoal barbecue leave nothing to be desired. Very practical is the summer kitchen, which allows a pleasant stay in the open. The highlight of this house is without a doubt the clean, 34 m² pool.
