### Independent cottage with pool in the countryside

Independent gîte converted into the gable end of a former barn, adjoining another gîte.  
Ground floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower/toilet).  
Oil-fired central heating (charges apply).  
The gîtes benefit from a large shared enclosed green space with a swing set, sandbox, trampoline, parking, and a private green space with a lawn (1000m²), terrace, and barbecue. The owner's farm is nearby.  
Swimming pool with a shelter, accessible from 10 \[hidden\] to 7 \[hidden\] St Pourçain/Sioule is 18 km away. Souvigny is 10 km away. RCEA access is 2 km away. If the linen option is purchased, beds are made upon arrival.  
  
Heating and electricity are the guest's responsibility and must be paid on site at the end of the stay.

#### Tres bon rapport qualité/prix.

Calme et tranquilité sur ce gîte très fonctionnel. Espace exterieur et terrasse au top, très belle piscine sécurisée. Propriétaires très gentils, bienveillants et de bon conseil sur les endroits a visiter. Certes il y a le passage de l'autoroute a proximité mais on l'oublie rapidement.
