Great place and excellent location

We came to town for a Buffalo Bills game and this house was great for the five of us. We could walk to several restaurants and the drive to the stadium was not bad at all. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. We had no issues with the house and everything was as advertised.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at Sean’s place! Apartment is in a great neighborhood and a short walk to many dining options. The apartment was clean and very well stocked. A bonus to have parking off street right in front! Plenty of room for all our needs and definitely the easiest checkout process I’ve ever had with a VRBO rental. Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely spot

We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well appointed. It's a short walk to Hertel Ave which has a bunch of shopping and restaurant options. The host was friendly, accommodating, and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend it and would totally book this again if I was in the area.

The house was well equipped. It was nice and cool. The upstairs loft was a great space. Having 2 bathrooms was an absolute plus. Our Host was amazing! We will refer this place and definitely stay again! We had a wonderful time in Buffalo for our family reunion. Great location.

Excellent stay in North Buffalo

Great location. 15 mins to airport. Easy ride to the Tonawandas. Love Hertel Ave. a few hiccups with checkin but quickly resolved. We were 6 adults and very comfortable. Bathroom in loft is great. Wish there were at least a single bed up there as futons not so comfortable. Rest of beds were good. Parking was fine.

Family Wedding

Sean is an amazing host. He is so quick to answer any of our questions. The home suited our needs perfectly. The upstairs was a bonus for our guests. VRBO in Buffalo

Parking for one car only although we were able to find spots on the street reasonably close. The stairs where challenging, steep and narrow to 2nd and 3rd floor. Could not use internet as we could not connect to site and since I was on my computer could not communicate with host. Not enough towels or wash clothes but was able to do laundry. Conveniently close to dining, bars, shopping and our venue by The Art Museum. It served our purpose for the 4 day stay.

Great place for a family

My husband, two adult daughters, our dog and I stayed for three nights. It was a perfect place for us. The space was large enough to allow all of us to be together and there was lots private space too (we all had to work remotely for several hours during our stay). Being brand new to VRBO and having been badly burned by a previous rental with a different online platform, I was a bit anxious about this experience. All I can say is that anxiety was wasted energy. Sean was fantastic—quick to respond to questions and very helpful. VRBO was easy to use. The house, host and platform were win, win, win.

Perfect wedding weekend stay

Selected this vrbo because the pics made the apartment look so bright and inviting and a perfect place to get ready for my wedding. It did not disappoint. My sisters stayed with me the first night and hair and makeup came to make us gorgeous in the morning. The make up artist and photographer loved all the light. It was the perfect place to take photos of us getting ready, my wedding dress and some great detail shots. The hosts were incredibly communicative and left my now husband and I a sweet token of congratulations. Having a parking spot right in front of the house was so helpful too. Highly recommend this place and would suggest to anyone coming to Buffalo for a visit. Location is great too!

Cozy with Historic Aesthetics and Wonderful Neighborhood

We recently booked this apartment for a family trip to Niagara. The location is only 30 minutes away from Niagara on the U.S. side. We weren't exactly sure what to expect, because this was my husband and I's first time in NY and first time travelling with his family. My husband's aunt & uncle are from Syracuse NY and so they are more familiar with the area, and they raved about this location saying over and over that I couldn't have chosen a better area/neighborhood, etc. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and the space was extremely well utilized with a loft for extra sleeping space and a full bathroom right off said loft. The balcony overlooking the neighborhood is so nice for relaxing at the end of a day filled with excursions, etc. The neighbors were very polite and friendly and we never felt unwelcome despite clearly being tourists.. The host was amazing, very responsive and kind. Most VRBO's I've rented in the past there's quite a to-do-list at checkout and this place all they asked of us was to take out the trash which was so nice to not have to worry about that. I would highly recommend this rental, probably one of my favorite places I've stayed on VRBO so far.
