This is the best condo in Paradise with remodeled kitchen and private rooftop terrace unique in the complex. Our Luxurious Penthouse Beachfront Condo with Private Rooftop Terrace is located just steps from the sandy beach and warm, clear Cozumel waters. The private terrace is covered with a large palapa and is equipped with large conversation table and chairs, a small propane grill, bar, bar stools, hammocks, a swing, lounge chairs, and other amenities. Access to this terrace is exclusive to guests of our unit. Begin your day with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning as you are mesmerized by the beautiful Caribbean sunrises accompanied by the relaxing tropical breeze. Spend your day soaking up the sun on our private sandy beach or snorkeling in the warm crystal clear blue waters in front of our complex as you are captivated by the abundance of marine wildlife. Relax by the community pool in the afternoon and then return to the rooftop before dusk to witness the stunning, romantic ocean sunsets Cozumel is renowned for. This place has everything you need to get away and relax. This condominium unit has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom with all linens included. The second bedroom has a king-size bed that may be easily converted to double twin beds upon request. The third bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a third twin bed to easily accommodate seven adults. The common full bathroom is conveniently located between these two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, as well as pots, pans, and utensils for meal prepping. The dining table comfortably seats eight people. The location of our complex is approximately five minutes’ drive south from the southern cruise terminal. This location is just south of town in a safe, quiet area but is a close enough drive for access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Most of our guests rent a car, but it is also possible to get around using taxi services. There is free parking available in our parking lot. Paradise Condominiums is located next door to Uvas Beach Club, where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkels, or just get a massage and enjoy a cocktail on the beach. Cozumel is renowned for its incredible reefs and spectacular drift diving. You can arrange to be picked up by your favorite dive shop right in front of our beach or schedule a diving trip or get your PADI Diving Certification right next door at Ponte Buzo dive shop located at Tortugas next door. The protected National Park of Chankanaab is located just a short five-minute walk south of our complex. You can enjoy a day of swimming with dolphins or a day at their beach. Chankanaab is also the swimming to bicycle transition point for the Ironman Cozumel hosted every year. We had a fantastic time at this condo. From the moment we arrived we were greeted at the door and shown around the space. Everything was spotless and plenty of clean towels for the pool/beach. The highlight is definitely the rooftop terrace. We spent almost all our time there watching the hummingbirds during from the feeders with a great view of the ocean. Renting a car was sound advice since most restaurants in easy walking distance close around 5 depending on the weather. Highly recommend as the owners are very helpful and pay close attention to the smallest of details. Diana greeted us when we arrived and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. We loved the private palapa for eating dinners and watching the sunset. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The snorkeling was great at the private beach. The included snorkel gear was better than what we brought. Loved the mid week house clean! The property manager was wonderful and stopped by after our check in to show us the property. It was clean and very comfortable. It was stocked with plenty of water, a complimentary fruit basket and the laundry room was full of other things we needed- beach towels, beach bag and snorkel gear. The top floor patio was delightful. We had a group of three but a bigger family would have had plenty of room. It’s pretty close to the marina for divers and parking was no problem. The location and ocean views are unbeatable. The interior or the home was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 1 week vacation. We loved the newly renovated kitchen and the king size beds. The washer and dryer and all the extra snorkel gear, coolers, beach bags, etc. were great to have the use of. Our favorite though was the private palapa area above this unit. We spent many hours up there and even enjoyed a fabulous meal by a private chef that was recommended by the owners. We will definitely be booking this unit again! ##### Dave B. We absolutely loved our stay in Paradice Unit #3C, the description of the property was spot on. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the incredible view. Extra bonus watching the hummingbirds flock to the feeders on the terrace. Great snorkeling out in front of the complex with plenty of snorkeling equipment provided by the owners. We really enjoyed the peaceful location, it is far enough away from where the cruise ships dock, but also close enough to access the main city easily. The property manager Diana was very helpful in addressing any needs that we had, she helped us get groceries prior to arrival. I would not hesitate to stay in this same condo again! ##### Ryan W. The condo is amazing and is fully stocked with anything you might need during your stay (cookware, beach towels, snorkels etc). The penthouse view is beautiful! There are plenty of chairs by the pool and on the beach. Tortugas is right next door so it’s simple to get food or drinks if you don’t want to cook. Communication with the staff was perfect. The hosts and house manager were very easy to work with and were very accommodating. The condo is located in the perfect location away from town and busy traffic but still within area near beach clubs and good bike rides. The property boasts wonderful views of sunrises and sunsets and had everything we needed right at our fingertips.
