About this property

Beautiful Home in Safe, Private Setting Only Blocks From the Square

  • Quiet and private setting with outdoor charcoal grill and Adirondack seating. There is also a large flat grassed outdoor area for games - badminton, corn hole etc.

    The house has an eat in kitchen, but also a formal dining room for those special occasions. The kitchen is loaded with all your needed kitchen assessors - Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, hand mixer, grilling utensils, George Forman grill, waffle maker, complete spice rack, ice cream maker, and more. The kitchen cookware is professional grade stainless steel.

    This house has a lovely and unique exercise room which includes several types of equipment. It also has yoga mats.

    The three private bedrooms all have blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. There are two full baths. The master bedroom has its on private bath. The rooms are quiet and lovely.

    The den is huge with a beautiful fireplace. The television is large with a dvd player and a large collection of movies. There is comfortable seating for all.

    There is also a good portion of this den dedicated to FUN! There is a round game table with ample seating and games galore.

Fabulous House in a Great Neighborhood

The pictures don't do it justice. It's so much larger than it looks in the pictures. Anything you want is only 10 minutes away or less. My daughter, adult grandchildren and great-grands all live close to Covington. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of old growth that sheilds you from your neighbors. We hope to be back.

Absolutely the best family home away from home.

My family of 6 traveled 5 hours to see where vampire diaries, sweet magnolias and dukes of hazard was filmed. The location of our stay to the square is so close. The house is beautiful and so accommodating. Communication with the host was great. My husband and i are coming back solo without the kids and plan to stay again. We can't wait.

Awesome stay

My only regret is we could not stay longer. The property was clean. The neighborhood was beautiful. We even had a family of robins trying to make us leave. We left them alone. They were just trying to protect their babies. Would definitely recommend.

Mystic Falls Fanatics

We loved our first ever trip to Mystic Falls. The town, and everyone in it, were the absolute sweetest. I love how close our rental was to the square. The home was clean, and the area was peaceful. The owner had great communication. The only things we wish it had were ceiling fans, and either reclining seating or ottomans in the living room area. But those items are really just personal preference for added comfort. We can’t wait to return!
