« Clean room, bathroom, everything in working order. Comfy bed and pillows. Only provided shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. No body wash or lotion. Room was small but adequate. Parking lot seemed small for 3 story hotel. Breakfast was average, out of bisquits and bacon when we were there. Had waffles and OJ. Overall value was good. Would stay here again for same price or less. »

« My account was charged a “tip charge” of $50 at the time of check in. I contacted Expedia for assistance as I did not receive a response from Glo Best Western and they were able contact the hotel. Expedia informed me the “tip charge” was for “incidental charges” and would be credited back in a couple of days. I had no extra incidentals. Sketchy »

« Staff was great. Some repairs showed. Vent cover crooked and holes in the drywall in my room. They also ran out of pancake mix when I cam down for breakfast. I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for the helpful staff to restock it. »

« This hotel is showing its age but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in our room ran very loud. We would have requested another room if we hadn’t arrived exhausted. »

« We switched to this motel last min after having a BAD experience at our original booking. Western Inn was GREAT!!!! VERY HAPPY. »

« Upon checking in...there was a smell....when going to our room and checking the beds (2 queen beds) BOTH BEDS WERE BADLY STAINED.... we were moved to another 2 queen bed room upstairs....also BOTH BEDS STAINED AND GROSS...TRASH STILL IN THE ROOM... When I asked for the Manager, I was told there was no Manager on location, no was there any service staff to change any sheets or clean anything.... I demanded a refund and got one. »

« I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger. »

« Enjoyed the 3 queen beds in one room for myself and granddaughters and great granddaughters. Very nice room and staff was great and very helpful. »

« To much humidity in the room. The carpet was wet and smelling bad. Stain in the bath. Rats trap just beside the principal door. One of the worst room I ever had! »

« Never recommending this place, just terrible. My room was not cleaned before I arrived. There were blood, food and hair on the beddings. I had to change rooms. But they did say, they were planning on remodeling the place. »
