Villa ma Sueur is my childhood home where each room keeps the imprint of the past while offering the comfort of today. Spacious, warm and full of charm, it can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to its two master suites. Each object, each detail, each room tells a story and carries a part of family memories. I wanted to preserve the soul of this place while sharing it with travelers.

The accommodation

Villa Ma Sueur has been divided into three independent accommodations. The proposed accommodations are 85 m² and has its own access.

It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of:

• Two master suites, each equipped with a 160 × 200 bed and a private bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
• A master suite located upstairs, also with a single bed 90 × 190, ideal for a child or an extra person.
• A comfortable living room
• A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stand mixer, soup processor and kitchen equipment
• A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
• Two toilets: one on the first floor and one upstairs

Outside, guests have a small garden, a tiled terrace and a barbecue.

Namely

As the house is a large former family home divided into three independent dwellings, the other two units are occupied by year-round tenants. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood.
