Residence "Les Marinas", 4 storeys. In the resort 800 m from the centre of Courseulles, from the sea, 50 m from the beach. In the complex: lift. Shop 800 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bakery, café 800 m, bus stop "camping" 400 m, sandy beach 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 100 m, thermal baths " Les 3 mondes LUC SUR MER" 10 km. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, minigolf 20 m, riding stable 600 m. Nearby attractions: Plage du débarquement Juno Beach 1.5 km.  
1-room studio 22 m2 on 4th floor, south facing position. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (150 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the loggia. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Balcony furniture, covered balcony.
