  • L'immeuble « Le Belvédère » bénéficie d'un emplacement magnifique et calme, alliant intimité et paysages époustouflants, tout en se trouvant à seulement 5 minutes du centre de Courchevel 1650. Profitez de la facilité du ski au pied de l'immeuble : une simple descente de 100 mètres vous mène à la piste du Belvédère, puis 400 mètres de piste « bleue » vous mènent jusqu'à la nouvelle télécabine de 1650 - Une belle remontée de 10 minutes vous donne accès à toutes les pistes de 1650, menant à Courchevel 1850, Méribel, Val Thorens et Les Menuires. L'appartement 2 chambres et le studio sont tous deux situés au 1er étage et disposent de balcons, de casiers à skis et d'un parking souterrain. L'appartement 2 chambres et le studio peuvent être loués séparément ou réunis. Le studio est donc idéal pour un couple seul. L'appartement 2 chambres est parfait pour une famille. Ensemble, ils constituent la solution idéale pour un groupe pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 8 personnes.


    Ski : vous achetez vos forfaits de ski et vous inscrivez à l’école de ski française à la gare centrale, près de la télécabine (au-dessus de l’Office de tourisme). Vous avez le choix entre 3 forfaits : Courchevel 1650 uniquement, Courchevel et les 3 Vallées. Un débutant n’a besoin d’un forfait que lorsque les remontées mécaniques gratuites de Mickey et du Belvédère ne représentent plus un défi. Seuls les skieurs assez expérimentés devraient envisager de payer le supplément pour le forfait des 3 Vallées. Notez que ce forfait donne droit à une journée de ski à Val d’Isère / Tignes, situées à une heure et demie de route. Si vous souhaitez découvrir le ski dans une station voisine, Pra-Lognan-La Vanoise n’est qu’à une heure de route. Vous trouverez de belles possibilités de ski hors-piste (lorsque les conditions le permettent !) au sommet de Courchevel 1650 et en partant des pistes de Chanrossa et de Suisse. Vous pouvez rejoindre Courchevel 1850 à ski via Chanrossa ou via Pra-Meruel, ou encore grâce au ski-bus gratuit ! Randonnée : si vous préférez passer une journée à marcher plutôt qu’à skier, le sentier de randonnée menant au lac de La Rosière commence juste devant l’appartement.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, idéal pour les familles. L'emplacement est idéal, au pied des pistes !L'équipement est vieillissant mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut.Le contact avec Phil est très facile et c'est un hôte très réactif.Vous êtes par contre tributaire de la bonne volonté des voyageurs précédents en charge du ménage...En résumé, nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrions avec plaisir

dégueulasse!!!

l'appartement n'a pas été nettoyer, les essuies sales(probablement du loueur avant nous) etaient dans la salle de bains. le four = dégueulasse!!!!! pas utilisable!!!! tirroir avec coutellerie était cassé. Aprés l'avoir ouvert la premiere fois, toutes la coutellerie avec le tiroir sont tombés par terre et on a du le "réparer" pour pouvoir l'utiliser!! toutes les meubles avec au moins 2 mm de poussières!!!!!!!!! à mon avis cet proprétaire devrait être interdit au abritel!!!!!!!

A great apt, suited our family of 4 really well. Good kitchen and dining table and lounge area. Wonderful balcony and views of the mountain. Phil the host was incredibly organised with all the information before the trip and went the extra mile for us, helping us with a restaurant booking for New Year. Thanks for letting us stay.

Very good

Very nice apartment with ski-in connection to the slopes. Quiet area, but good connections to the main villages. All needed included, like indoor parking and good kitchenware, etc. Clean and cosy.

Great location, family skiing holiday

The apartment is incredibly good value, nothing fancy but a wonderful location and plenty of room for us (family of 4). We could ski in and out, using the ski locker room in the basement and our children enjoyed sledging out front along with other children staying nearby.

A really nice place to spend New Year skiing as a family. Just a10 minute bus ride from the main village, and on skis from the Piste.Everything we needed for our group of 4 was there. 6 people could happily fit in the apartment too. The owner was really helpful and prompt with all communications - a pleasure to deal with.

Apartment well equipped but a little tired. Had to sort and throw out old food left behind as well as do a deep clean on arrival. This is not the fault of host as was stated that occupants should leave clean. Also worth knowing that no one clears out dirty linen regularly. That said, it is cheap for Courchevel and convenient for slopes once you work out where to cross the piste to get back on the right path! Bus service invaluable for getting back up to apartment from village.

Quiet and comfortable

Apartment is in an older building of solid construction and is noticeably quieter than many modern French ski residences. It is also more spacious. It is in a quiet area about 1 km out of the town centre so a bit of a walk. We often skied down with rucksacks for shopping and came back up the drag lift. Flat is very well equipped and Phil was extremely helpful with any questions. We had a great time

Kitchen has small oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Really good stay. To echo the owner's comments in response to reviews about the place being a 'bit tired'. It's great VFM and if you are there to ski it is perfect. You don't need a lot of space, it has all you need to sleep, chill and get clean. The boot room is fabulously accessible as are the slopes to ski down (and we went at the very end of the season.) The kids had great fun sledging just outside the apartment and the views are stunning. There is a bus up to the apartment (H) and everything is really close to get to 1850 (ski down to Ariondaz lift, in and down the escalator and you are just about opposite the bus to 1850.)Re cleanliness, almost every apartment I have rented to ski in the 17 years I've been doing it has required you clean up after yourself. It took me and my husband about an hour, all cleaning products and equipment is provided, no excuse. It's really not onerous and the owner shouldn't be blamed for disrespectful guests. Check in super easy. No issues at all. Thanks for a lovely week!

Ski in/out location in a quiet area

The apartment was exactly as advertised. There is no cleaning service so when we arrived it needed a bit of a clean up and we had to take our own bedding and towels which took up quite a bit of space in the car. The photos on the website accurately depict the interior decor and facilities. The apartment is about 1km out of 1650 with a free bus service but with a slightly patchy timetable. This made ‘popping out’ to the shops a bit more complicated (going to the shop after skiing and getting back with all the gear, children and shopping wasn’t easy!). The apartment and studio was a good combination for us, we had our friends stay in the studio which gave them privacy. The ski looker room was well appointed and the lockers were very spacious. The room went directly onto the slopes (though as the snow receded during the week we had to walk a little further (not more than 10m). The car park was quite tight, our friends with a Passat estate could get in and parked but our Tesla model 3 didn’t have enough ground clearance to get over the slight jump at the entrance. We parked on the road but despite there being no road markings or signs we got a parking ticket. This is clearly not the fault of the host as he told us this had never happened before! The host Phil was really helpful, he answered all my queries comprehensively and promptly. In conclusion; if you are looking for a value for money, quiet apartment in a ski in/out location in 1650 and aren’t too bothered about not being near a shop/bar this is great.

Très chouette !

L'appartement est très bien situé : on chausse les skis au pied de l'immeuble et c'est parti. Avec ses deux chambres, ses deux salles de bain, son grand séjour lumineux et ses WC indépendants, l'appartement est très pratique. Pas de difficulté de stationnement. La zone des casiers à ski et spacieuse et possède un accès direct vers l'extérieur. Contact rapide et simple avec Phil le propriétaire, qui est très réactif.

Great apartment to spend one week in Courchevel

Apartment is brightly and well localised in a quiet place close to firs. We were 4 adults and it was enough spacious for us. The apartment has easy access to the ski area: you need 2 minuts of walking time to access the pist named "Belvédère", and 2 minuts more of skiing time to arrive on the cabins of "Ariondaz". You leave the appartment by skiing, and you return to it by skiing. Downtown and shops are a little far by feet, but there is also a frequent minibus service to village. The owner clearly enjoys his apartment and was very helpful and quick to reply to our questions. Many thanks to Phil for a memorable stay.

Good value property in brilliant location

We rented both the flat and studio, which gave us plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and an 8-year old. The location is perfect - it really is ski in ski out and the ski lockers are convenient and a good size. There is a shuttle bus to and from 1650, but this stops at 8pm, so it’s a long walk up the hill or a taxi if you’re planning on staying out late! The owner is extremely helpful and it was really easy to communicate with him. If there was any criticism at all, it would be that some of the appliances are getting a bit old and the WiFi is a bit slow. There is also no cleaning service, so you are expected to leave the property in a good state of cleanliness. Unfortunately the previous occupants had not done this, so we had to do a little bit of cleaning when we arrived. However, these issues are very much reflected in the price - we couldn’t find anything else that was such good value in the whole of 1650 and would happily rent it again.
