### Charming 4-Bed House with Garden, 10min from Laval, Ideal for Families and Professionals

The Gîte des Faisans is a detached house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, surrounded by a well-kept garden with various relaxation areas. You're located in South Mayenne, 10 minutes from Laval.  
In addition to discussing the garden, the owner is passionate about interior design and offers decorative painting classes with Eléonore. The gîte is a showcase of her experiences! Come and be inspired!  
Your hobbies? The bike paths, on old railway tracks, connect you to the Vélofrancette (a towpath renowned for its features).  
In the village, you can fish in the presbytery moat.  
The Robert Tatin Museum, 3 km away, in Cossé-le-Vivien is a must-see for young and old alike. It features an open-air exhibition space, and some indoors, where the monumental sculptures will impress you. Laval offers a wide variety of activities: a commercial center, a medieval castle that houses the Museum of Naive Art, of which Rousseau, a Laval resident, is an emblematic figure. At Christmas, Laval is known for its illuminations, with the possibility of cruising on the Mayenne River. The Laval marina offers electric boats, kayaks, and bicycles for rent.  
  
Shops: in Huilé, 3 km away, or in Cossé-le-Vivien, 6 km away. There's also a baguette vending machine near the church in Courbeveille.  
  
Business trips: this cottage is ideal with its 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 shower rooms. The living areas are spacious. Cleaning and linen options are required.  
  
Weekend stays: from Friday 4 pm to Sunday 4 pm (to be arranged with the owner).  
Weekday stays: arrival from 4 pm and departure by 10 am. Your accommodation includes: Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen (36m²), utility room, and garage (possibility to store bicycles and motorcycles), and a separate toilet. On the first floor: four bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a private bathroom; 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a private bathroom; 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm); 1 bedroom with a single bed (90cm) and a double sofa bed (120cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.  
The garden offers various spaces, various plant displays, and a winter garden (popular with smokers). A variety of garden furniture is available. Charcoal barbecue.  
Baby equipment available: travel cot and high chair (please notify us if you wish to bring them to the cottage). Wi-Fi Internet (fiber - For information: Reception 385 Mbps - Upload 394 Mbps - Latency 19 ms)  
Options: Cleaning €90 (1 cleaning for stays of 1 to 14 nights) - Single bed linen €10 - Double bed linen €10 - Towels €5/person - Heating: Heating fee per night €9.50 from October 15th to April 15th. Weekend rates include made beds.  
For business trips, mandatory options to be paid at the time of rental: cleaning, bed linen, and heating (during the holiday season).  
Extra person: €15/night/person (maximum 2 people possible for 1 or 2 nights max, sleeping in a 120cm sofa bed and an extra mattress). Upon request from the reservations department.  
Pets not allowed.
