"Staying here was ok just the issue would be the refrigerator as well some staff will sometimes knock and come inside the room and say “just checking” which I find that kinda weird so I would say overall if these issues were to be fixed then this would be a nice place to stay at but some staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay here"

"The staff was friendly. The resort was peaceful with a beautiful view of the ocean. The food had plenty of healthy choices to choose from. As well as vegetarian choices. Hermans was a great fine dining if you don't want the buffet. Silent Disco on Friday was an absolute blast. The ppl that bright their kids, they do a good job of keeping families is their own area, and the adults only to theirs."

"Everything about The New Garden was great, the housekeeping was top notch, the breakfast was better than expected, the front desk staff was helpful with getting me connected to the wifi and the security was on point. My two complaints are.. 1: I only got a wifi connection on my 3rd floor balcony or on first level (no big deal) #2: there's plenty of towels in the bathroom room but NO washcloths (my suggestion is to pack 1 or 2 in your bags) other than that I would definitely recommend as well as stay at New Garden hotel again"

"The Room Items( the Iron, Ironing Board Weren't in Good Working Condition. The TV. Didn't have. ESPN Available, and the Games that I was able to get. Was in the Spanish Language only. And after Paying for my Full All Inclusive package fir Myself and my Guest. I thought a Laundry service( for 10-12 items of Clothing would be a free Service!!! When I Checked Out, I was Charged $33 for 12 items !! Which wasn't Good."
